Cleared to Close

We just got an email from our NVR loan officer:

"Your file just came out of underwriting and you are officially clear to close!  Congratulations no additional conditions have been added."

She said they will do one last check ten days prior to closing, but it sounds like we are in good shape.

We have a meeting with our propane guy tonight to explain how everything works so I'll have an update on that later.
